Wunderbar Farm ss a 17 acre vineyard located on the main street of Hanhdorf – a working vineyard with fruit orchards, an olive grove & bee hives.
Along with our animal residents, goats, sheep, mini cows & a miniature guinea pig village called “Hamdorf” – a small replica of Hanhdorf built by our amazing NDIS participants.
Adelaide Schiblhut & Robert Bailey have 30 years combined in Special Needs Teaching & working with young people on the spectrum to build life skills towards independence, confidence & work. When the property at Hahndorf came up we knew it was the one to bring our vision of a working farm with bush tucker garden (run by our indiginous NDIS participants) & a place to rest our barista skills program with a Café run by NDIS participants.
Our NDIS participants make many of the items with the help of Patrick (Day Options Teacher) who brings fun & creativity to all the projects we do for our Roadside stall @ Wunderbar Farm – Participants make homemade lemonade, quince paste, honey, olive oil, Brownies in a jar & chocolate Guinea Pig slice etc all with produce from Wunderbar Farm.
